Low salt sugar beans 4pp for half a large can, 2 slices warbs seeded batch 400g 5pp - was not expecting that of the bread, they're so small - tasty though :)

Or 2 x warbs thick toastie, which I have in the freezer, for 1 more at 6pp :( Still I do like the seeded batch, guess its the seeds that do it & it's quite chunky slices.....sigh!

I did, but think I'll be sticking to warb thin in future! Light baby bel, I might get me some of those!

Definitely get some, they just add that cheesy hit without adding too many pp!!! X

Just catching up after my little jaunt down south.

Very impressed you've managed to still go running in the heat, I pretty much expired just walking round Brighton on friday due to the heat. Would have been really interesting to see the perigrin falcon up close though. They are really impressive birds. There are a pair that nest on one of the university buildings here in nottingham and often appear on the local news. We were rather over-excited this weekend at spotting all the red kites when driving down the m40. We counted about 42, given 15 years ago there was only a tiny surviving population in two Welsh valleys its lovely to see them doing so well again.

Dauphinoise and steak sounds like a lovely saturday evening dinner :) Dauphinoise is one of my favourite things in the world. Mmmmmmm. Do hope you have a picture to post...

im always shocked at the pp for baked beans on a pp day as they are free on sf x

Do u normally eat a whole big tin on SF? X

no 1/2 a tin but even so 5pp is quite a few when you have toast ontop for essentially a side dish x

The run was awful....horrible...nasty!!! Falcon was awesome and wow on the kite front, that's so cool. It's amazing what a little knowledge & understanding does to help conserve stuff isn't it??

No pic of the dauphinoise, but I do have a pic of my pud....

BEANS....expensive huh!! Think I'll not bother at the moment, although I've half a tin left now. I used to have them loads on calorie counting. I guess because they're high in both protein & carbs that they're so many pp, only 2points on the old plan!
