Thank you everyone :) However, my happiness lasted until I went out the back at work & realised (not for the first time) how useless my colleagues are.....then got home & bunny was a bit off, but he's lively & eating again now, SWINE! So less grrrrr now!

Foods been ok, no exercise though, apart from usual commute, as when I got back from work I was too distracted by Stan pretending to be ill....

Food:

B: muesli, yoghurt, banana & blueberries (4)
S: cereal bar (2)
L: soup & pre-pack sandwich (6), would've gone for something else but just wanted to sit & zone out at lunch & couldn't face talking to anyone else to get different food - sandwich was in the vending!
S: roast potato (1)
D: chilli with rice (14 - darned kidney beans!!)
S: green & blacks (2)

Total: 29/29
Weeklies: 0 used!

Tea & bed & a restful sleep hopefully!! Run, abs & Pilates in the morning!

Ooh did I mention my new toy, excuse me if I'm repeating myself.....I needed a watch so got a polar heart monitor instead, it arrived Saturday after my training so haven't used it yet but 'super excited'! I got one a few years ago, then one morning came downstairs with a load of paper & rubbish & never saw it again, it either went in the bin or messed up the recycling!! I loved it so can't wait to try it out tomorrow :)

It is a beaut & told me I earned 400 calories this morning!!!

Stan is soooo much better today, even more lively & much more affectionate than usual, so it was obviously just a bad few hours....I'd be dreadful with a kid, I'd be up at a&e all the time, I feel neurotic!!

Today:

B: banana, run, sultana bran & milk (4)
L: hm chicken soup, velvet crunch, apple (3)
S: graze punnet - boston baguettes, salami (3)
D: chicken fried rice (11) on a side note, one roast chicken = dinner for 2 Sunday, soup for 3 days and dinner for 2 Tuesday, not bad for £2.80! It's probably the cheapest way to eat chicken!
And then I had oodles of points, so I had a high point graze punnet with nuts, raisins, fudge pieces & choc plus some more choc - green & blacks......(8)

Green & blacks is a brand if chocolate, just lovely!!

Amazing that you can still eat Green & Blacks and not go over. Your food looks great.
 
I'm running a bit behind but congratulation on loss. Awesome stuff. Does that 2lb take you to target?

Glad Stan is behaving normally again. I know exactly what you mean about the Neurotic Pet Owner Syndrome. I am a fully paid up member. And also think its probably a good job that I never intend to have kids partly for this reason!

Unfortunately not at target, I just never update my profile as I only use the app! I think I want to be around 9st7 which is 5lbs away, but I struggle to get there & never maintain!

Exercise: 4AP swim & weights in gym

Swim was good, I did a fast (for me) 800 m at 5min30 & then another reasonably effortful one at 6min30, plus more slower! I'm aiming for 5min30 in the tri so that's good :) Although afterwards the arm weight sections were HARD, not enough fuel in the tank/strength in the arms!!

And in other news I scraped out the seal from our shower & re-sealed it. The sealing was quick & fine, but getting the old stuff off was awful & time consuming, over an hour... However, I am mighty pleased with myself, it's gleaming & hopefully no longer leaking :)

Race is not till 1st June, so loads of time!!

Not going well today, it's picnic style lecture tonight, where we all bring food - I am not winning the battle vs food & it's not going to calm down till Monday - nice food etc.... But oh dear!!

Oh dear, thinking on this take away idea, it looks like Indian, neither if us like Chinese & there are no decent Thai places....however I don't know what to have, I only want to spend about 22 odd pp....hub has had a really s*** week so I don't want to deny him this pleasure!

Any ideas please, I'm thinking chicken & will happily make my own rice to keep pp down to 6pp for a portion = 16pp for a main....
 
You could either get whatever you fancy and eat half or maybe try veg curry, whatever you decide it the weekend and valentines day so enjoy yourself!
