Frumpy..I've not had any shakes yet,not too keen on milkshakes! Just a meal bar in the morning,then a snack,meal bar for lunch and another snack in the afternoon,my main meals have all been Tesco light ready meals with a pile of veg to fill me up and a snack in the evening. Thanks everyone! I've just tested my willpower on a trip to Mcd's with the hubby and kids...I sat there and only had a diet coke!!! Amazing for me lol ....kept thinking about that picture of lb of fat everytime I looked at their food and it helped so much!
Thanks sparkelwings I am so happy! to think 3 weeks ago today I was 14 stone 11 lbs,now i'm 13 stone 12lbs! Really does make me more inspired to keep going! This site has helped me sooo much, I really think i'd have given up by now without it!
