Thank you all so much for your lovely birthday wishes!
I'm still in Prague (typing this from the free internet terminal in the hotel lobby) and I've had a lovely time here. It really is a beautiful city and, fortunately, the weather's not been all that cold and dry too for most of the time (although I would have loved to have had some snow - especially as I brought me thermals with me *lol*).
I've walked miles - which is just as well as I've also put on LOADS while I've been here I suspect :cry:
I'm back later today .. and the remedial work starts first thing tomorrow. I think I probably need to lose around a stone before Belfast - so how about starting a 'Lose a stone before Belfast' challenge? Anyone else up for it? (whether you're coming to Belfast or not!)
