Happy, happy!

Hi all,

I've been so busy lately that I haven't had time to go on the mini mini's forum- so sorry!
But, I have been busy dieting. I weighed 12stone 7 lb just after Christmas and by now I am down to 11stone 6lb. I am very happy!
But, I need the motivation to keep going! So, if anyone out there have any tips on anything to keep motivated, keep them coming!
Mentally, I feel I have changed a lot with the relationship between me and food. I live on my own, and where I before I tend to eat anything coming towards me,by now I do consider things more thoroughly, i plan my meals and in general my life is much more organised.
My next target is to be 11 stone by the end of the month and promise myself to log into Mini Mini's forum more often.
