Happy new year. I'm on day one after having my baby. I'm a size 16 at the mo,wanna be a 10 again. Buying a set of scales tomorrow, not looking forward to the numbers!

Hi everyone. I am starting as soon as my packs arrive I am in Gibraltar so I need to wait for my packs to get here. I have done CD before and lost 3 stone but fell ill last year and put it all back on through not being so mobile and miserable. Good luck and hope to see your stories along the way xxxx

I've just had spag bol, I could eat something scrummy but thinking nearly done two days now, must keep going lol. Roll on tomorrow for you!

It's so hard without meals! You've done so well having shakes only today
It came!!!! Lol. Tried half of each of the new flavour of bars for bfast. Did not like the berry one at all. Had to bin it. Chocolate was ok. But I think I prefer the others. The other flavours really fill me up. Definitely having a spaghetti at some point today!!
Hats off to anyone who does all shakes all day, every day. I wouldn't survive! Lol.

Yeah I'm doing great so far. I've lost three pounds already lol, I can't wait to weigh in officially!

Hi all
I'm on day 4 of TS. I've never done a vlcd before and I'm finding it easier than I thought I would! Hopefully those words won't come back to bite me on the bum, lol
I'm loving the shakes and the porridge, meals are fine just the consistency takes a bit of getting used to. Soups are hit and miss. Mushroom was vile but got loads left so will try adding some herbs/spices to make it edible. Had Thai chicken soup for lunch today which was really nice!
I'm looking forward to hopefully losing a fair amount of weight and seeing how everyone else gets on

I tried turkey dinner today. Could not get the taste out of my mouth for ages. Was not good! Spaghetti for tea! As you may have realised this is a firm favourite of mine! I am also on day 4.
