But I am back and happy to talk to myself for a while.

I have a few targets for this year. First one is to get back to that 'Current Weight' up there on the left!

1. Get back to Current Weight
2. Introduce regular exercise
3. Enjoy every minute of it :bliss:

Admirable goals. How are you planning on achieving the weightloss? Are you doing 5:2? Juddd? And will you have restrictions on your up days? I love hearing the details of other people's diets...
