    So... it's September now. Who can believe that...

    What are your goals for this month? Weight loss or otherwise.

    I'm feeling incredibly motivated, feel it will be a good month!!! :D

    hiya, theres a stickey for september weight loss at the top of the board, ive put my goal as 5lb loss
    but i also want to excercise at least 3times a week (ive got some fitness DVD's ordered, just awaiting there arrival)

    what about you? what are your goals this month?

    I want to lose 7lbs but it's not going to happen as my weightloss has slowed badly
    I want to get college started
    I want to of started volunteering
    My Birthdays in a month thus years flown x

    I would love to lose 7lbs but to be honest I will be happy with anything (including sts) as I am coming over from Cambridge and am expecting to gain at least 7lbs this 1st week with eating food again.

    My other goals are to get my son settled into his 1st year at school

    To settle myself into college

    and to get my head round this points system lol

    Great goals people, good to see some motivation, though Cherry, you can do it, I believe in ya chuck :)

    Me, well I feel like Superwoman today, so this month, I'm aiming for a sensible loss of 4lbs. I am going to revamp my CV and hopefully find a new job. I am going to go to the gym 12 times. I am going to clear out some clutter in my room!

    More to the point, I am going to concentrate on me. Selfish moo, maybe. Don't care. I'm having some me time!

    my goal for this month is to do my best any loss will be a great acheivement but looking to try lossing 7lbs at least and walk at least 3 times a week as well as daily wii fit times! also i am starting a part time course and looking forward to getting stuck in! x

    im going for 10lbs loss and the start of a new me kids went back to school today and i enroll in college on the 9th plus i volunteer as well and im beeing given more responisbility with that this month which im really exicted about, i start night school on the 13th and 14th as well and have just got a 6 week swimming pass for our local gym and when i have a spare min i will be doing lengths!

    im hoping to lose 9lbs. and hope my gorgeous boy has a good 3rd birthday this sunday. and hoping i can resist eating a whole birthday cake to myself x

    Half a stone would be lovely - and to actually enquire at my local gym about doing some exercise whilst EXTREMELY unfit. So far, I've only written the phone number down and then I go and find something else - ANYTHING else - to do rather than take the plunge!!!!! Goodness knows how long it'll take me to actually walk into the place!!!! xxx

    my goal is to do more exercise,while eating healthy,i struggle to do both at the same time,dont know if anyone else gets that? but if i exercise i feel the need to eat crap but still continue to exercise but with not much change,and then when i have the healthy eating sorted i really cant be bother to move except for my 9 hour work days,which isnt too physical,just mentally draining haha!! x

    Half a stone would keep me on track with my 2 stone by christmas target plus am upping exercise when kids go back xx

    God do I say 6lbs or 8lbs - I'll go with the 6lbs so and any extra will be a bonus. Must add this onto my signature (it's big enough already - LOL). Hols in 7 weeks so if I can lose 2lb a week till then "happy days".
    Was bold last night had some pizza for dinner - I was starving though. Had been in chemo from 9am till 6.45pm (worse than a days work). All I had to eat during the day was a tomato sandwich, yogurt and apple. They don't feed you so - it was too early to have brekkie when I was leaving the house at 6.45am. So had to wait for the sandwich till 12 and I was famished - they do supply tea and biccies but I don't drink tea and so stayed away from the biccies. Mind you between all the different fluids and chemo I had yesterday - it worked out at 4lts of fluid. I am feeling it this morning...I could float around:D
    Back on board this morning.
