I started the TS off last week and this is my 8th day, I have lost nearly a stone and think it has worked great, only problem is today I started back at my job and the previous week I had been off. Being surrounded by food is so hard plus I forgot my shake for work so I was hungry all day, how do you guys stay focused? Also I had a diet coke because there was no coke zero is there a massive difference in these?

Well done on getting to day 8!

I always had some spare bars/shakes/shaker in my desk drawer when I'm doing it at work, otherwise forgetting your packs can be devastating!
If all else fails they sell biggest loser bars in ASDA and some Tescos if you can find them :) usually by medicines etc. and you can have these instead of exante bars.

No Diet Coke - BAD! It has citric acid which can knock you out of ketosis (there is a safe drinks list in the stickis with all known safe drinks on it)

On the food front you just have to be strong, try and remind yourself why you are doing this :)
Would you rather be slim with a shake or overweight and eating X?
Nothing more easy or complicated than willpower i'm afraid :)
