hard to loose the weight

Hi all im 14.9 and finding loose weight now really hard . I started of at 15.5 so have lost some but i getting down now. please help. I am working about 5 miles each day or going out on my bike and riding for about 8/9miles a day.
 
maybe you should add some resistance or up the intensity...
