Hard week...

I've had a great few weeks after pretty much staying the same for a couple of months and last week hit the 50lb mark which was huge for me. The thing is I'm really struggling this week... I got weighed yesterday and have put 1.5 on and it was my birthday yesterday too : (...

That's the thing you see... went to visit my parents at the weekend and although I was mostly good I did go out with my sister and drink copious amounts. However, I did account for the points and I got loads of exercise. I'm worried now though cos had a cake yesterday and went for lunch with my best mate during the day, then went out with the man for tea last night (INDIAN!!!) and to make it even worse it's his sister's 30th at the weekend so that's another meal out. AND even worse than that it's my best mates blokes 30th on the same day so that's ANOTHER meal out. Eeeeeeeeeek!

I know that these things happen all the time and I just need to accept that life will throw harder times at me but I get so disheartened when the scales go the wrong way. Feel like not going out for these celebrations to save myself but that would be mean. Hoping some of my gain this week might be cos due on (fingers crossed).

Sorry for moaning xxx

I completly understand where your coming from clair! .. its like those 50lbs are precious to you! and if you go out and gain its like youve lost your grip on them! ... Im the same with my 20lbs lol ..

I think you do still need a social life! even tho it does make you feel like staying at home!, maybe when your out keep your ww brain with you and eat within points! or if you do go over just cut a few out for the following days, Maybe take it as it comes this week stay within points enjoy your night out! and see what the scales say next week! Everything all seems to come at once doesnt it! ...

Try not to panic to much youve done amazingly well and you deserve to be happy and smiley because your loss is amazing! ..

Hope ive made some sence lol xxx
