Hi I am back.
Finally I am back.
I took nearly two months off.
It was on and off. I was really bad this time. But I still managed to maintain which is a really good news for me.
Today's weight check 15s 4/1.4
Not bad huh?
I was missing u all as well.
Lets do it :)

Thanks giggle.
I think now my head is in the right place to do it.
Nearly all the problems are sorted. My heel is much better with my orthotix. Feeling happy and determined this time.
Yesterday my husbands best mate invited us for dinner at his place. His mum and wife saw me after years; They were shocked when they looked at me. They said you lost so much you look so much better now. I was over the moon.
So two stones more to go then I will be happy. If I can lose 5stones 2stones is nothing. I will do it.

Thanks everyone. Today was definitely hard. Last year I started my diary on Halloween day. Time flies. I will check your diaries tomorrow. So much to catch up. 100% so far now I am in bed so no more temptations. Good night folks.

100% so far. Now off to bed to catch up some sleep. Then off to night shift. Wish me luck too much temptations in staff cafe. I will try for sure.

Well done Harry I remember you starting last year as I set up my diary at the beginning of Nov last year were does the time go it's frightening - you are doing great well done for getting straight back into it. X
