Harvester on a red week/day

    Sooooo.... Am off out tomorrow night for my brothers birthday meal. I
    Want to have the half spit roast chicken and ribs (570 calories) according to their app, this comes with chips, always a kid size portion and of coursr there is the salad cart and i have to have the red devil sauce. Rude not to. How on earth will i do this on a red day and keep it reined in? Syn wise today i'm at 4 so do i keep the rest of the day free and use tomorrows 10 so i have 14 to play with? What does anyone else do at harvester? Did read other threads but not much help :(

    Not sure if I am right but I believe the spit roast chicken to be syn free if you take off the skin. Personally I would skip the chips and then ask for a plain (no butter) jacket potato and load up on the salad cart (be careful with the pasta, coleslaw and potato salad and of course the bread rolls as these are not syn free)

    I think the red devil sauce is 60 cal.... So 3 syn per ladle and they are big so you could half the ladle so would be a 1.5 syn meal out :)

    Thanks hun :) yeah looks like i am going with the spit chicken, skin removed, chips or potatoes passed on to my wee boys along with corn ( they are 1 and 2 so prob potatoes) then normal salad with rd sauce. As a treat given i have about 30 syns to use up, i'm gonna have a ladle of the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and weenie crouton things. I have 2 hexb to use today, reckon i could get away with 1 brown roll or best not to?
