As a former member of slimming world I always went for simply chicken with jacket potato and peas. Now I am calorie counting I had a look on myfitnesspal.com and was shocked to see fried harvester chicken &fries (no sides) was the same as the simply chicken!!!!! How?!

The harvester website is brilliant tells you all the cals etc. They even now have the cal info next to some of the items on the menus.
