I.e 790 for 2 weeks, 1000 for 2 weeks, 1200 for 2 weeks & 1500 2 weeks
Just seems like this would be torture.
First time around I did 1 week 790 then 1 week 1000 and then started eating a healthy diet of around 2000-2500 a day - and that was o.k
..Did eventually put loads back on though
