Id definitely recommend going to any meet you can. I went to Newcastle in January and it was fantastic. Its great putting names to faces and meeting new people

Couldn't agree more with what the ones who have been to meets say - they are great!!! Everyone is so friendly - and I take along Mr Flirty with me ... who is now an official Miniminer despite not dieting!!! We always have a laugh and I consider I have made new friends - which is a fantastic bonus. Plus as Irene says you go home inspired and motivated to keep up the weight loss journey.


So roll up, roll up - check out the meets page, put your names down ... or start a new thread with a suggestion of where to have one. Anyone going for the first time who doesn't want to go into the meeting place on their own - PM someone who is a regular and most of us are happy to PM you a mobile number and meet you so as you don't feel nervous.

Looking forward to meeting more new faces and hopefully making new friends.
