sole source, but add green veg or chicken if desperate and successfully lost?
I cannot sole source, but if I try to do the other steps I seem to buckle and eat ANYTHING. I am finding this the easiest for me seeing as I have restared about 8 times this last year, I am on day 2 and not hungry having sole sourced plus eating SPROUTS and lettuce!
( I never get to day two without having eaten some chocolate!)
