sole source, but add green veg or chicken if desperate and successfully lost?

I cannot sole source, but if I try to do the other steps I seem to buckle and eat ANYTHING. I am finding this the easiest for me seeing as I have restared about 8 times this last year, I am on day 2 and not hungry having sole sourced plus eating SPROUTS and lettuce! :eek: ( I never get to day two without having eaten some chocolate!):mad:

I have added in extra protein or green/white veg and its not seemed to affect my losses, this time I've decided to stick with 790 but if I manage to SS a day here or there then I do, if I can work up to more SS than 790 I will (but I have talked this over with CDC). Don't want to talk out of turn but if that bit of chicken means you don't give up then I'd go for it, although others will say don't nibble anything. Different strokes for different folks though.

When you say desperate to eat, what would make you desperate as that is a very strong word?

If you want to have veg then look at the 790 programme with your CDC as that would give you a small meal each evening and still give excellent results.

hi lu-c I think as long as you can stick to just a small amount and you are losing then it works for you.Dont let the demonds tell you that a bit more is ok .A big part of my diet plan is I can have food when i want to,somehow this helps me to not go back to huge pig outs.Every now and then i have a aam day or a stick of celery sometimes a can of zero coke is enough.So if this is working for you stick with it keep trying to get to ss but if you are losing weight and happy dont stress xx
