I REALLY struggle to lose weight even though I stick 100% to whatever I`m doing and am a bit worried that if I try CD I still won`t lose weight :cry:
I`m currently trying Xenical and if my WF is right, I still haven`t lost any weight at all (I lose it then gain it then lose it etc etc getting nowhere). I tried Lipotrim last year and lost 17lbs in 4 weeks before having to stop due to side effects. But even with that, I lost in a month what most people were losing in a week
On the medical side, I have PCOS and Underactive Thyroid which I guess is the reason I struggle so much My Dr has just slightly reduced my Thyroxine so I`m worried that is just going to make it harder :cry:
Also, If I do CD, I will do SS+ so what sort of meals would I be eating? I am unable to eat anything with wheat in so am quite limited with some meals.
Oh, And can I still exercise whilst on CD? I generally do the WF and cycling and jogging and want to start swimming again soon. I also have a vibroplate and abdo belt
Sorry for such a whingy post, I`m just a bit worried that I will start the diet and still get nowhere. Any advice would be appreciated.
