Has anyone used a Hydraulic gym?

    On has just opened in my town really close to my office. I popped in and had a llo and liked the ida of 30 minute workouts using the hydraulic machines but does anyone have experience of using these and will they help me tone up or lose weight?

    Hi, i went to a gym for 3 months based on hydraulics and to be honest i think it will only work if u really sweat it out and give the machines a real workout, i didnt tone up at all or lose weight, wouldnt advise for the money hun x

    Sorry, don't even know what one is....

    Sounds a bit scary right enough.

    For fat burning - walking is as good as anything else and its free! and for toning, I would go for one of those stretchy band things and a pilates type dvd - Mr motivator on GMTV was using one yesterday.....me and Mr Motiavator eh....a match made in heaven :8855:
