well head hung in shame l have well and truly done it this time,l have had a huge fall off the wagon over Easter week the Easter eggs were calling !!!! and l have only come to my senses after a 12lb gain :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: whats done is done back to ss today and the horrid job of getting back into ketosis wrist well and truly slapped !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ann you were not the only one who fell victim to the Easter Eggs:17729:

I am sure a lot of the 12lbs is water retention and you should have it off again this week.

Good luck with getting back to SSing...split some of your packs so that you can have a couple of mini meals throughout the day to help get you over the hunger. Just make sure you make each half up fresh and consume within 15 minutes as some of the vitamins are water soluble.

Yes you were and you will again...as you are here now and doing something about it and not hiding away which is what most people tend to do when they have had a slip...including myself.:eek:

i too ate an easter egg or two over the weekend. i'm off on holiday 2 weeks today and would love to loose weight cause i know i'm going to put on and i've popped on a few pounds too. so back to it today. :D

I have done the same as you!!!! Chocolate then lead on to takeaway which led on to more takeaway and more crap for the past week!!!! Got back on yesterday and been ok so far, although I almost caved last night. You can do it :)

:clap::clap: thats for having the strength not only to get back on plan but also for holding ur hands up to the fact u stumbled.
U know that most of the weight will be glycogen stores. sounds almost cliche but its true.... unless u ate 42000 calories worth of easter egg which would equate to 12lbs worth of weight gain.
keep ur fluids up, split ur packs if needed, if u use the beck book get ur cards and sticky notes out :) and before u know it that 12lbs will be gone and u be will completely back on track.

Well done for getting back on track after the slip up. We are all human after all!!
i agree we are all human and not perfect machines. it's good to know that you are not alone when you slip up and that you can get back to it. :)
