    Hi guys

I'm trying my best to jump back on the wagon so I thought I'd try a EE day. Please tell me if this is ok as I'm normally a red girl!!

Breakfast: 2 weetabix, milk, banana, orange
    Snack: watermelon, melon, strawberries
Lunch: lettuce, cucumber, tomato, chicken & ham
Dinner: tagliatelle, spinach, mushroom, bacon & 3 baby bel lights

I shall have some more fruit later. Drinks have been tea & squas

    Thanks

Looks good apart from the lack of syns as said above. Plenty of superfree which is good. If you dont trust yourself to use them on "treats" at the minute you could try and use them in your meals eg salad dressing/mayo/gravy or have some "healthy" syns like nuts or dried fruit/avacado

Thank you. I'm old school just used to red & green...

I've lost just under 2 stone since starting but fallen of the wagon since May  and just can't seem to get back on it. Luckily I've not put any weight on sts the last few months. But I'd like to lose at least a stone by November!!!

I do mainly red and green too. You will have that stone off in no time of you carry on like that!

It's only Day 2 of being back on plan lol...I must have a nose at your diary then as you've done really well. Not many do red days now...I love Ellebears diary but don't know many others that follow red.

I just do Green occasionally as pasta/jacket potatoes make me really bloated.

    Thanks again XXXX

Looking good big bear, you've done great maintaining if you have been off plan for a few months, you'll get that stone off no time.

I do a mixture of red/green and EE so have a gander at my food diary if you like.

Im prob not the best to look to for red days as i only eat fish not meat. Im also on a green fest at the minute lol (the results of feeling ill and thinking payday was this week not next!)

As others have said it looks good - someone said to me 'make every meal a rainbow' and you've done this! Do you fancy meal planning for me!
