have i eaten too much?

brekkie: 1 x egg, 1 x sauage, and 75g of mushrooms

Snack: Prawns and squid (fresh)

Lunch: Ham, Cheese and lettuce and cucumber

Snack: Chicken drumstick and 6 wee mini low carb sausages (0.6carbs for them!!)

Dinner: Duck breast with spring greens

Snack: 2 x Chicken drumsticks

3litres of water

all food portions are small and all recommended veg is eaten as well - its just the book says little and often if you prefer to eat that way lol and i dunno if i have taken that to the extreme:confused:
