Sorry can't help as I've not had them before but was wondering if these are the ones that held bloating etc? I thought about trying them as suffer in that department but wasn't sure if they were syn free.

Activia Bio yoghurts are around 3-3.5 syns. It's the fat free ones which are syn free. I've made that mistake before, it's easily done.

The fat free ones are great for stopping bloating and keeping me 'regular'. I have one every day.
