Have i ruined my first week?

Might sound a bit stupid but had 2 quorn burgers today and am panicking I'll have ruined my first week on the plan. I had soup for lunch and for some reason it hasn't agreed with me. Only managed half a pack and then have had a bar and a shake and had the two burgers this evening.

Will I have wrecked my first WI on tuesday??!!!
 
Deep breath....! Stop panicking! Think about it logically - how many calories have you had all week? This little slip up (don't think they're quite on the plan lol) isn't going to ruin all those 'good' days. You'll be fine. Forget about the burgers and look forward to getting back on the diet tomorrow. Good luck for your weigh in on Tuesday, I'm sure you'll be pleased x
 
Thank you! They added up to 206 calories together and I resisted temptation to add a roll and ketchup!!!!

They were nice but didn't make me feel like I was missing out on anything amazing by sticking to this diet - I will therefore stick not slip for the next couple of months!!!!
