Have you done the 30 day shred??

Has anyone out there completed the 30 day shred??
I've just started it and wanted a real opinion on whether it really does work of you stick to it!
I'd love to hear/see your results if you have completed it!

I am on there in the first group and I lost about an inch from my waist if I remember correctly and 8lb although I was also being reasonably good on slimming world. I did it five days a week for 6 weeks.

I definitely got fitter and my press ups came on a treat. I think it is worth while and am thinking of doing some of the levels again here and there. The only thing is it does get a bit repetitive and it made my knee hurt somehow.

I did quite like Jillian - and I think the cardio/resistance circuits are a good idea.

good luck - hope you keep going - it does feel like quite an achievement.
