having a bad day

    very nearly had a wimpey!!! But didn't. Did end up having extra prawns and cottage cheese though:mad: I feel like Ive failed, and I was doing so well. Will I be out of ketosis? Im worried I wont lose this week.

    Do not feel bad chick....you didn't have the wimpy, so you had a few extra prawns and cottage cheese still allowed foods and sure you'll still have a loss this week:)
