Having a bad night ...


I can and will do this!
Don't cave in - it's so much harder to start again! :)

Have a bath, paint your nails, put a DVD on......anything to distract yourself from food :D

Get past the first few days then it is so much easier - honestly!

Seriously if you do tomorrow morning you will feel so guilty and wish you had not given in.
Go have a bath or read a book or watch a film.
Just stay away from the kitchen!

Noooo its not worth it and you'd feel guilty straight away! Have a pint of water and go watch a film or take a relaxing bath or do something to take your mind off those thoughts.

Thanks everyone!! Sitting with a freezing can of coke zero, going to watch one born every minute. As we are going to try for another baby once my weight is down, it will wither spur me on or put me off haha... hopefully feel better tomorrow.

Hubby going to print off my "before" pictures for me so i can look at them when i feel like this
