Having a few days off?

Hiya, my sister has just announced that she is coming to stay for a few days in the Easter break... I'm really excited to see her and her family however I was really planning on being 100% until a weekend we have away in the middle of April! Can anyone advise me on how I can be as good as possible? I will try to avoid alcohol and could probably get away with morning and lunch time on CD but I think evenings will be awkward! X
 
try and follow the 810 plan - that way you can eat something but not set yourself back
 
you could always switch to Atkins for a few days, it'll keep you in ketosis and allow you to have yummy food, see the Atkins forum on here for some ideas. as long as you keep your carb allowance to 20g a day you should be fine
 
Just try sticking to high protein and veg foods if you do feel the need to eat then you should stay in Ketosis :)
