    I'm only a few days into maintainance & can totally understand where you are coming from.

    I've got a more relaxed attitude to food & I'm having to remind myself not to eat that extra chocolate (or make sure I syn it).

    Sorry I don't know the answer or what to do, I just know I need to keep on track & make sure I note down ALL syns;)

    LOL, I just deleted that because I didn't think it muade much sense! I guess I'm just worrying because I think bad habits will start to creep in without noticing and we all know that's bad news!!!

    This maintaining lark is hard work!! Harder that the diet itself!
