So, I have a poorly baby, been up all night with her and feeling it. Caught sight if myself in mirror and reminded myself how fat I am. Now convinced myself that my jeans don't fit me better. Haven't weighed myself since starting diet and now convinced myself that I wouldn't have list weight so too scared to do that, was gonna do it to boost Mr but scared incase had opposite effect :-/

Everything seems worse when you're tired. Be kind to yourself - when the opportunity allows, have some pamper time ... a bubble bath / a snooze / colour your hair / paint your nails / have a home facial etc

Doesn't have to cost much but you need to relax and recharge your batteries. You'll feel 100% better and far more positive if you do :)

Hi Ally. Sorry you're having a difficult time. It's very hard when the little ones are poorly and your's and their sleep is disrupted. If you haven't weighed yourself yet then don't as it's very late in the day and your weight can fluctuate so you won't get a true reading. Is it your weigh in tomorrow? Try and hang on till then. I'm almost 100% sure that if you have stuck to TFR and drunk the required water you will definitely have a loss.

Try and get yourself an early night tonight, in case you have another disturbed night. I know how hard that is as my 2 yr old was waking up a lot the last couple of weeks, but touch wood and whistle, seems to have settled back down again. Sometimes at 8pm I could go asleep but if I let myself stay up I get a second wind and could stay up till midnight and then in the morning or the middle of the night I really feel rubbish again and berate myself for not going to bed sooner. So try and turn in early if you can.

Hope your baby feels better soon. You can do it.

I know, my bigger girls. 2 and 3 r jus getting over it but for all I was up to them I was able to sleep inbetween but I'm so worried about the baby chocking I jus can't settle. In the end I felt sorry for myself for a bit end then pulled myself together. Normally I have a fruit snoothie in the morning but today u had a vanilla with coffee in it as a treat lol then I played with the girls. Spent some time at my mums before taking baby to the Dr.

I have not weighed since starting the diet, been two weeks since I started. Was planning on doing it every for weeks so u wasn't disappointed with a small weight loss one week... Seemed like a good idea at the time but Mayb my expectations might be too high now.

I am going to get my hair cut and my eyebrows done as soon as little one is better. Both in desperate need.
