This hasn't ever happened to me and normally i sleep like a log when my head hits the pillow, i usually walk around (before ATTACK) half asleep all the time, but the last 2 nights ive found myself going to bed but buzzing like i cant sleep, like i just want to get up and go for a big long fast walk to hopefully knacker me out.

its great having so much energy in the daytime all of a sudden but its affecting me going to sleep.

has anyone else had this when on attack and losing alot of weight or all of a sudden having a fast metabolism ?

    thanks

My hubbie and I both suffered insomnia on nights 3 and 4, think it's quite common.
Were in cruise now and sleeping like logs :)

    Welcome to ketosis
(oh how I miss all that extra energy now that it's gone)

I also had a few sleepless nights at the beginning, but that passed as cruise continued.

It's probably a good time for you to switch to cruise - attack has done it's job, and now you can start the steadier loss while eating a more balanced selection of food.

Absolutely - welcome to ketosis... I also suffered the same fate when I quit smoking. Not sure why!
