hayleys food diary

hi im new to sw always done ww and it never worked always felt hungry.
bit confusing but think im getting there slowly, so thought if i done a diary you could help or suggest to me different things, im planning to keep to green days as i think they are more for me as i dont eat much meat.

F IS FOR FREE

Breaky
2 weetabix (HEXA B)
350ml skimmed milk (spead through the day)(HEXA A)
2 tsp of splenda sugar

Lunch
made my own egg fried rice with left over chicken(HEXA B), onions(f) and mushroom(f), used some wedge seasoning mix for xtra taste and chillie powder in the rice(f), and loads of veggys(f)mixed with 3 laughing cow cheese(HEXA A can have 5 a day) and OMG it tasted lushhhhhhhh.

Tea
my daughters got ballet tonight so popping to asda and having our usual pizza with tom base, chicken peperoni, beef and ham, havent got clue with syns for that, ill have 1/4 pizza though.

Snacks
1pc brown bread (HEXA B) with laughing cow light cheese(HEXA A)

i havent a clue how many syns are the pizza so im putting 15 syns just to be on the safe side.

If you think i need to change any thing or got any advice id really like it thanks x x
 
change of plan isabel didnt go to ballet as its snowing :D so having pizza, wedges and chicken and lots of b beans lol.
12 syns for pizza
3 syns for pot wedges and 3 syns for the chicken better than a 14" pizza maybe?
