i picked up some of these today :

favorini wafer rolls:500g

info iser 100g
47kcal/4.2g protein/70.6g carbs/8.9gfat

now on the 20cal=1syn rule i get that 100g is about 2.5syns and i weighed them and 10 sticks is 50g so if i say thats 1.5 syns am i about right or does someone have the official syn value?

if so these are fab for deserts and choccie cravings! the 500g bag was less than £2

i just put all those figures in slimmingworls online syns calculator and it comes up as 1 syn per 50g im so going to get some of these later if you can have 10 for 1 syn

I was guessing the info was wrong as something with that amount of carbs could not be so low in in calories.

side of packet says 100g 1990kj/47 calories but 1990kj is 475 calories missed out the 5

someone could be eating lots of those thinking 100g is 47 calories, when really it is 475 calories. eeek
