Sunday grill ups rule! Really enjoyed breakfast this morning, I had forgotten how much I like mopping up tinned tomato juice with toast and bacon.....shame the bacon is so pricy and a once in a while treat

Also roasting a chicken in a roasting bag with a bit of Knorr touch of chicken as a rub in was yummy. Roasting bag means skin is not crispy and tempting, also all the juices keep inside which made super yummy stock - because we were eating it cold with salad I could let that go cold in the fridge and scrape off the solidified fat easily. One admittedly large chicken did 2 of us 4 meals, 2 salads a stewy and a soup. Pretty great value. Must find a new chicken soup recipe, since I tend to default to the same one all the time with leeks and carrots and parsley - but its sooo good and quick.

Pleased with my fruit/veg intake and keeping under average of 15syns a day, but a sneak preview on Thursday sees me heading for STS I think...crap!!! but thinking positively it is NOT a gain. Hoping because we didn't go out this week, and have no plans for next week, that I'll see some losses coming in the future.
