    Ive still not had my healthy extra b choice but too full - should i force it down? Or will it be ok to skip today?

    I'm the same, on a green day but only had one of my hexa choices. Surely if you're not hungry you shouldn't force it?

    I know i skipped it. Just want the diet to work though n fibre is an important part i guess.

    I sometimes miss my 2nd HEx (a & b) maybe try and work them into meals rather than having them as extra's

    Think we defo need them as i gained weight this morning :(

    Calorie counting with MFP
    You should always make an effort to have both your HEX and Syns every day - as they are both part of the plan.

    However, skipping one day won't hurt, just like having very low syns one day won't hurt.

    Just try not to make a habit of it :)
