Hea

In my very old book it says you can have 1 hea and 2 heb if you're on a red or green day, but I've noticed in people's diaries that they're having 2 hea and 2 heb, is this the new rule?? Thanks xx

Not a new rule, well not in the last 6 to 7 years of my knowledge.
You can have one or two A choices and two B choices on red and green.

The theory behind the 2 HEA'S ( tho you can choose only to have one) is that dairy foods have been found to help with weightloss.

My book is also 10 yrs old and i noticed that people seem to be having 2xHEA's as well!I also thought it was only one and 2xHEB's,so now I am happy as I often go over my allowance and have been synning it!!
