Headaches/ Migraines?

Morning all

I'm suffering.....really bad!

Have a major pounding headache/ migraine (cos I feel ill )

Has anyone else suffered with such things yet??

HI there - I did but just for a few days at the begining. On the couple of occasions I have had any carbs I shouldn't have then I have had a raging headache for the next day or two but to be honest, in general I have felt great!
