Headaches

Am in ketosis now, why wont they go away? Am drinking between 2 and 3 litres of water plus my usual mint tea.

Hi Charlie, I'm no expert but at a guess it could be because you're at work and very active, especially if your exercising too. It could possibly be that you're overdoing it. It is a vlcd and strenuous exercise should perhaps be best avoided until your body has adjusted to your intake levels. X

I heard it's because ur body is detoxing???? I have horrible head today, think mine is cause I'm tired though! Could this be yours as well!? Who knows! Tell fat fairies to sort it out! ?

Was probably a mixture of working nights and detoxing. Been headache free todau though so feeling a lot happier

I don't really get headaches. I'm on that many various types of pain killers they're dead before they start! I got a bit of brain freeze from my cafe latte shake though. X

Yes Charlie they're really nice. Proper coffee flavour to them. I was half expecting them to taste like camp coffee that horrible chicory stuff but they are more of a Nescafé flavour but not quite as good as Azera, my favourite.

The headaches don't have a ice creams chance in hell lol. I have morphine patches, paracetamol 4 times a day and ibuprofen 3 times a day. I also have lofepramine to block pain signals to my brain. I'm allergic to codeine and have asthma so I can't have NSAID's. They don't nearly cut the arthritis/ fibromyalgia pain but I would hate to think what I would be like without them! x

Might have to try coffee ones next time instead of banana or vanilla

It's not been too bad this summer because it's been nice and dry. I,m a barometer on legs! I am much worse when it's cold or wet and in the winter my poor old dh has to lug me downstairs or I'm stuck upstairs, which in itself is a blummin' good reason to lose weight! X
