headaches

i know this isnt strictly cambridge related but i know that CD puts you into ketosis.

when you go down that route is it normal to get headaches on the first day or do i just have a headache lol?

Yes is the answer. I am on my 2nd day and have a corker! Think it goes on the 3rd or 4th day so role on then I will be in kitosis.... yehhhhhh Keep going and you will be okay

Yup could well be the ketosis fairy bringing you headaches, next stop freezing hands and stinky breath. Isn't she just fabulous

i had a headache all day on day 2 just before ketosis came in...
you can take paracetamol

Yes, I had a headache the first day the first time I started CD.

Wasn't too bad the second day, but I remember feeling really ill on the third day - and then suddenly, magically, feeling all better. Good ol' ketosis.
