Healthy eating and exercise?

Hi, well I've tried slim fast and calorie counting since having my baby, but can't seem to find that determination for 'dieting'. In the past I've done weight watchers, slimming world, Rosemary Conley, Atkins and a few more and done ok.

I've decided to just eat as healthy as possible and exercise every day - buggy pushing will form most of my exercise :)

Anyone else doing this? x

Yep, that's exactly what I'm doing and it's always worked very well for me in the past :) I'm currently 2 weeks in and 6lb down (3rd weigh in tomorrow) but previously lost 2st 11lb last year in just over 6 months (managed to put 1st 7lb of it back on though!) just from eating "better" and exercise - the main one being the old fail-safe, walking :)

Welcome to the forum hun. How old is your baby? My little girl is 3 months and love going out in her buggy, so taking her walks is good for us both :) Just wish the weather would stay decent lol
