Hi,

Are then any alternatives to milk and cheese for healthy ex A? I don't drink milk at all, and I was worried that I'm eating too much cheese! Thanks! :)
 
No, they are included to make sure you are getting enough calcium so only cheese and milk. As they are measured amounts there is no reason to worry you are having too much cheese but you could try different kinds of cheese and cheese spread to give you some variety. Or if you don't like drinking milk how about using it to make a hot chocolate, rice pudding or cheese sauce?
 
You could have mozzarella on a pizza or pasta bake, parmesan on risotto or pasta dishes, feta, double gloucester and potato soup is scrummy, babybels are good for on the go, and so on.
 
I often use my milk to make custard 2.5 syns for a tbs custard powder!

I love pasta and broccoli bake - made with cheese sauce from A/B's a really satisfying meal, its delicious!
