Hi everyone. I'm new here so I apologise if this post is in the wrong thread.
I have been doing slimming world for 7 weeks now but the question I am about to ask hasn't occurred to me until now.
I get that you need a third of your plate (2 thirds on success express) to be superfree and a third free but what happens when healthy extras come into it? For example, lets say I have 1/3 SF salad and 2/3 free bolognese. If I chose to use cheese as my HExA that day and included it in this meal does that contribute to the free section of my plate? If so would I have to up the third of salad to balance the cheese? Or do I do my plate 1/3 SF 2/3 Free and then the cheese is just extra?
Really hope this makes sense. Sorry for waffling.
