Ive just started SW again after a year or so off, im wondering about cereal bars as healthy B choices.
I know 2 alpen light are 1xB, what other bars are ok as B choices, i used to get the Fibreplus ones but cant seem to find them anywhere these days!
All help appreciated!!!

Where do you shop? In Tesco theres the Light Choices cranberry & blackcurrant bar & Healthy Living apricot & oat crumble bar. In Sainsburys its a few of the prebiotic bars.

Hey! :) I love the Kellogg's Fibre Plus bars and for the past few weeks they've been on offer in Morrisons (I think they were BOGOF). Just had one after my lunch  yummy!

Hope this helps xx

Obviously hifi bars are good if you're going to group, and a certain one by aldi is good.
