If you're doing EE then it's one of each, but if you're following the Green/Red plans then you should have two B choices and either 1 or 2 A choices :) xx

You're not being stupid at all! Your healthy extras are seperate to whatever free food or syns you have, even on EE. You can choose to incorporate them into meals though...e.g. 2 slices of wholemeal toast with your breakfast, or cheese in an omelette for instance. It depends what you choose to have as your healthy extras :) xx

Thank you I think i know what you mean i have been having 2 A an 2 B on originaland green but not really understanding the EE oops You are being so helpful xx
