healthy extras ready oats and milk

Hi,

I'm about to start sw again, or at least make a few changes in the last weeks of pregnancy to make it easier when I start again for real.

I can't find anywhere if the following items are healthy extras.

Asda chosen by you ready oats.
Asda fresher for longer milk.

Did you find that on the site under syns? I'm just not sure if it ever comes up saying it could be a healthy extra. I think a slice of wholemeal bread also came up as 2.5 syns. But I know it could be a b healthy extra?
 
I searched syns database. If you click on tools tab then latest healthy extras and use that feature to look if the oats are on the healthy extra list
 
If by ready oats you mean something similar to ready brek then no it would not be a HEB sorry.
Milk would just come under the generic values for full fat, semi-skimmed, skimmed etc :)
 
I think ready oats are own brand ready brek. Does anyone know any smooth porridge that can be a healthy extra? Trying to please the whole family
 
Website says that 35g any make of porridge oats classes as a HexB.

Also the following are a HexB on the current list:
28g sachet Mornflake Oats 2 Go - added oatbran
35g sachet WW Original Breakfast Oats

To class as a Hexb the portion needs to have 120 cals or less and contain at least 3g fibre.
