Healthy extras

Is it okay to half your healthy extra's between two choices, i assume it is okay as i have noticed a couple of diarys which do the same.

For instance this morning for one of my HEB i had 1 weetabix and 21g all bran (instead of 2 weetabix or 42g all bran).

I want to do the same with my healthy extra a choice of cheese to 2 triangles (instead of 5) and 1 cheese slice (instead of 2).

Is it okay to do this? x

On the SW its says you can just as long as the HEB is a single item - so bread and cheese are okay but not porridge because the HEB is supposed to be porridge plus scanbran.
