I'm only a few days into SW but am finding it hard to work in healthy extra A choices.
I'm not much for dairy, I use a dash of semi-skimmed in my tea each morning (the morning's I find time to have a cuppa that is) and that's about my intake.
I'm not a fan of cheese, I can eat mozzarella or feta but would find it tricky to work them into my diet every day.
I was pretty surprised to find butter (or low fat spread) wasn't considered a HEXA choice if taken in lieu of cheese.
