Healthy Meal Idea ?

Hi, as some of you know I have moved from CD and am starting SW. I dont officially start my classes until Wednesday so haven't quite got my head around the red and green free food.

What I was wondering is whether this is a sensible dinner i.e. would this be classed as "free" or "syns"?

2 quorn sausages
roasted veg (carrot, red onion, mushroom & peppers)
baked potato (not sure whether this is allowed or not)

any advice would be greatly appreciated.
