    So i have 8 weeks untill refeed so i thought why not start a healthy recipe thread?!

    I have been a good girl and not started it on the tfr forum :p lol

    So, get posting guys! :)

    I have added a couple that i have pinched from the biggest loser au website - im looking forward to batch cooking meals, not looking forward to eating them though! lol

    The eating is as good if not better than the preparation.
    I will look through some recipes on my next lot of days off.

    i'll post some ww recipes when i get chance tomorrow. they have a great quick butternut squash soup!

    I make a ww butternut squash soup as well that's really tasty.

    From memory, its

    3 sticks of celery
    1 butternut squash
    2 onions
    2 vegetable stock cubes - add water to 1.5 pints
    2 teaspoons ground cumin
    2 teaspoons ground coriander

    Chop up all the veg, and add all the ingredients to the stock. Add more cumin and coriander to taste.

    Let it cook until all the vegetables are soft then liquidise.

    It's a 0 point soup and turns out really creamy and tasty.

    my soup is pretty much the same, but with red pepper added. going to make some today :)
