I make a ww butternut squash soup as well that's really tasty.

From memory, its

3 sticks of celery
1 butternut squash
2 onions
2 vegetable stock cubes - add water to 1.5 pints
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons ground coriander

Chop up all the veg, and add all the ingredients to the stock. Add more cumin and coriander to taste.

Let it cook until all the vegetables are soft then liquidise.

It's a 0 point soup and turns out really creamy and tasty.
